(1) Check whether the wheel hub is loose before daily boot operation.

(2) Pay attention to check the wear degree of easily worn parts, and pay attention to replacing worn parts at any time.

(3) When the moving device is placed on the bottom frame plane, pay attention to removing dust and other debris, so as not to cause the machine to move the moving bearing on the bottom frame due to materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents.

(4) When the bearing oil temperature of the equipment rises, it should be stopped immediately to check, find out the cause and maintain it.

(5) Pay attention to check whether the work of each part of the machine is normal.

(6) The shaft of mining machinery is to bear the full load of the machine, and good lubrication can effectively ensure the running rate and service life of the bearing. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be confirmed that it is well sealed and must be clean.

(7) If there is an impact sound when the transmission gear is running, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and repaired after finding out the reason.

(8) When the equipment is idle, dust, rust, moisture and other maintenance measures should be taken.
