Ball mill instructions
one Structural feature
The machine is composed of feeding mechanism, main bearing, rotating part, transmission part, gear cover and so on.
The cylinder body is made of rolled steel plate and welded, and is equipped with wear-resistant lining plate inside. The cylinder body is provided with an entry door for maintenance and repair.
two Working principle
When the cylinder rotates, the material and the grinding body are pressed on the lining plate under the action of centrifugal force. Due to the action of friction, the cylinder will bring the material and the grinding body to a certain height, and then free fall or roll down from the cylinder wall. The grinding of the ore is mainly based on the impact force when the grinding body falls and the grinding and stripping action when the movement, so as to achieve the purpose of grinding the material.
Three. Lubrication of machinery
Lubricating oil list
Serial number | Lubrication point | Lubrication mode | Smoothing agent | Refueling system |
Plate number | Standard number | viscosity |
1 | Main bearing | Pedal type oil gun | Lithium base grease | GB7323-97 |
| Gas up every 24 hours |
2 | Drive bearing | Oil cup | Lithium base grease | GB7323-97 |
| Every 24 hours |
Four. Mechanical installation, adjustment
(1) Before installation, quality inspection should be carried out on important parts such as cylinder, gear ring, hollow shaft, main bearing and reducer. If there is deformation or excessive size error, it should be handled in advance, and the relevant installation size should be corrected in advance.
(2) The machine must be installed on a solid reinforced concrete foundation, the size and requirements of the foundation, the installation position of the anchor bolt see the foundation diagram.
(3) After the elevation, level and mutual position adjustment of the main bearing bottom plate is qualified, use the crushed stone concrete below 10mm to pour the anchor bolt hole of the bottom plate. When the grouting layer is overheated as the initial operation, please contact the after-sales service special line.
Anchor bolts can be tightened only when the compressive strength reaches more than 75% of the design strength.
(4) The contact rate of the tooth surface of large and small gears should not be less than 40% along the tooth height direction and not less than 50% along the tooth length direction.
(5) The coaxiality of the drive shaft and motor shaft (or reducer shaft) should not be greater than φ0.3mm, and the inclination deviation should not be greater than 1/1000.
Five. run-in
After the mill is installed and checked, it can be tested.
(1) The operator is in a safe area. There is no debris left inside the equipment, and there are no objects around the equipment that hinder the operation.
(2) Check that all connection bolts and anchor bolts are tightened.
(3) All auxiliary equipment is in normal operation.
(4) Sequence of test run
a. Empty grinding operation (no grinding body, no feeding) for 8 hours;
b. Load 1/3 of the total load of the designed grinding body and run for 12 hours;
c. Load 1/2 of the total load of the designed grinding body and run for 24 hours;
d. Load 5/6 of the total load of the designed grinding body and run for 48 hours.
Note: When running with load, the appropriate amount of material must be fed to avoid the impact and wear of the abrasive body on the liner.
(5) Inspection during test run
a. Whether the mill runs smoothly.
b. The temperature of the main bearing should be lower than 70℃.
c. The motor and control system work normally, and the current and voltage should be within the normal range during operation.
d. reducer should have no special vibration and noise.
e. Check whether the connection bolts and anchor bolts are loose, broken or fall off. If the above occurs, tighten or supplement them in time.
Six. Operation and maintenance of the machine
(1) The production capacity and service life of the machine mainly depend on the quality of maintenance. All working parts of the machine should be carefully maintained at least once in three months, and the new machine should be inspected frequently in the first few months when it starts working.
(2) When replacing the lining board, it is necessary to notify the power pipe personnel of the power failure, and hang a sign with the words "There is someone in the cylinder, no power supply" on the electrical switch, otherwise it is not allowed to enter, so as to avoid accidents.
(3) During normal operation, check once a month. If loose bolts are found, they must be shut down to prevent accidents and damage to parts.
(4) The machine should be fed regularly and quantitatively in use, and should not work under the condition of overload and insufficient supply.
